  • Custom-made products, final sale items, and antiques are non-returnable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, deducted from the refund amount.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.

Refunds
