Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Custom-made products, final sale items, and antiques are non-returnable.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, deducted from the refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
